Klemani Return and Refund Policy
At Klemani, we strive for complete customer satisfaction. We understand that there may be occasions when you need to return an item. That’s why we offer a 30-day return guarantee. This means you can request a return within 30 days of receiving your product, provided the conditions outlined below are met.
Return Conditions
To be eligible for a return and refund, the following criteria must be met:
- Condition of the Product: The item must be unused, undamaged, and in its original packaging, including all accessories, manuals, and tags.
- Return Request Deadline: The return request must be submitted within 30 days of receiving the product.
- Proof of Purchase: You must provide a valid proof of purchase or invoice when submitting your return request.
- Packaging for Return Shipping: Ensure the product is securely and properly packed to prevent damage during transit. Damage caused by insufficient packaging may result in a partial refund or rejection of the return.
- Responsibility for Return Shipping: The customer is responsible for the cost and arrangement of return shipping unless the product was damaged, delivered incorrectly, or the error was caused by Klemani.
- Exceptions: Some products are excluded from returns, such as personalised items or products that cannot be returned for hygiene reasons, including cosmetics, earrings, and underwear.
Return Procedure
To request a return, please follow these steps:
- Return Request: Contact us first at info@klemani.com to initiate a return request. Items sent back without prior authorisation will not be processed.
- Return Instructions: After your return request, you will receive an email with detailed instructions on how and where to send the item. Do not return items without our confirmation.
- Shipping the Return: Ensure the product is securely packed, preferably in its original packaging. We recommend using a tracked shipping method and keeping the shipping receipt, as we are not responsible for returns lost in transit.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect the returned items, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed automatically via your original payment method within 10 business days.
- Refund Processing Time: Banks and credit card companies may take 3–10 business days to process refunds. Check your account or contact your bank if you have not received your refund after 10 business days.
- Delayed or Missing Refunds: If you have not received your refund after 15 business days, please contact us at info@klemani.com, and we will assist you in resolving the issue.
Damaged or Defective Items
Please inspect your item immediately upon receiving your order. If the item is defective, damaged, or incorrect, contact us promptly at info@klemani.com. We will assess the situation and offer an appropriate solution, such as a replacement product or a full refund.
Exchanges
If you wish to exchange your returned item for another product, we recommend returning the original item first. Once the return is approved and processed, you can place a new order for your desired item. This ensures you receive the new product more quickly.
Items Not Eligible for a Full Refund
The following items may not be eligible for a full refund:
- Free or Promotional Items: Items received as part of a promotion, either free or at a discounted rate, are excluded from refunds. If returned, you will receive a voucher equal to the paid amount or the item's value.
- Products with Visible Signs of Use: Items that have been used or are missing their original packaging may be rejected or refunded partially.
- Items Outside the Return Period: Returns submitted after 30 days may be rejected or, in exceptional cases, eligible for a voucher instead of a refund.
